To attend the HT-CMC 10 conference, each participant must register online and pay before the beginning of the event (September 20th, 2019).
Different fees are available. They include: the access to the conference all the week, a conference kit with documents and program, the coffee-breaks and the lunches, the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner and the Touristic Visit.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you belong to a state organism and/or state-owned company and not to a University, you will have to register at « Industry » rate.
Accompanying person:
Each accompanying person (spouse for example) must also register online. This special fee includes the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner and the Touristic Visit, WITHOUT any access to the conference, not either the coffee-breaks or the lunches.

Cancellation policy:
Any request must be sent to the secretary of the conference: secretary-htcmc10@agence-vert.com.
1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, his/her registration can be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
a. Registrations cancelled before 31 May 2019: 100% refund of registration fees.
b. Registrations cancelled between 1st June 2019 and 31 July 2019: 50% refund of the registration fees.
c. Registrations cancelled after 1st August 2019: not eligible for refund.
Eligible refund will be paid after the conference.
3. Participants who are obliged to cancel because of a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid. Notification must be received by us in writing (email or fax) not later than 15 (fifteen) working days before the conference starts* for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. (* Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.)
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
a. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded (within 2 months of the payment only).
b. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee named on the account.
Please note: for payments received from outside France by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer – all bank charges payable by the recipient.

Please be careful: YOU MUST GO to the end of the registration process and TO THE PAYMENT (without clicking on the « Give up and go back to homepage » button). It is not possible to log in again later to complete or modify your registration data!
Two methods of payment are available:
- By credit card online: be sure to have access to the smartphone associated to the credit card in order to receive the 3D Secure code required to complete the transaction. Accepted cards: VISA and MASTERCARD (not AMERICAN EXPRESS).
- By wire transfer: don’t forget to specify to your bank « all charges from my side » and add your name on the wire transfer order to help us to identify the beneficiary of the payment.
